-Works flawlessly in the US with the included transformer.
-Transformer is an $80 value, included with the unit.

Includes 2x 2-pin DIN plugs for hooking your speaker wire to the speakers output on the receiver.

Radio, CD player, and tape player have all been tested and are working.

The CD player occasionally skips andwould likely benefit from a lens cleaning.

MORE ABOUT THE TRANSFORMER:
-We inspected several transformers available online for quality and settled on the included Gvolz transformer.
-The Gvolz was by far the highest quality and can be fully loaded up to 500 watts (other cheap transformers recommend only 50% of wattage rating).
-The transformer is certified to CSA safety standard for use in the USA and Canada.
-Simple to use; just plug the transformer's US plug into a standard wall outlet, make sure the input voltage on the back is switched to 115, and plug the B&O unit's Europlug into the transformer and switch it on!
-The transformer can be plugged into a surge protector but DO NOT PLUG A SURGE PROTECTOR INTO THE TRANSFORMER. A regular splitter can be plugged into the transformer, but not a surge protector.
