This set will be refinished and re-upholstered before delivery. We are typically able to have items ready for delivery within 10-14 days, depending on our current workload.

**One chair has a small hole in the backrest that will be filled during our refurbishing process. The price has been slightly discounted taking this into account.**

The listed price includes refinishing of the wood and re-upholstery.

Customers are welcome to provide a fabric of their choosing, or we can provide a nice quality black vinyl at no additional charge. We do not stock any other upholstery materials.
