Regional Delivery:

Far Out Finds provides regional delivery within 250 miles of zip code 12525 for a reasonable fee based on distance. The delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout if you are within 250 road miles of our location. You may also contact us to get a confirmed delivery quote.

Longer Distance Shipping:

We can also ship anywhere in the continental US. Most items are shipped via UPS or our preferred private blanket-wrap carrier who specializes in safely transporting vintage furniture. See below for detailed rates. See bottom of page for delivery timing.

Other small items such as lamps, bread slicers, coasters, etc. have lower shipping rates automatically calculated at checkout. These items ship via UPS or USPS. See below for detailed rates.

Pickup:

Customers are welcome to pick up their purchase at our workshop in Gardiner, NY. Just choose the "pickup" option at checkout.

Far Out Finds regional delivery: Distance-based fee depending on the customer's location. Calculated at checkout, or contact us for a confirmed delivery quote to your location. There may be an additional fee for deliveries to walk-up units without an elevator, depending on the size of the piece.

Long distance small furniture shipping such as nightstands, side tables, etc.: $165 flat rate via UPS

Long distance medium-sized furniture shipping: $250 flat rate via UPS

Long distance UPS for standard sized items: $375 flat rate via UPS
Many dressers and secretary desks can ship with this option, if they fit in our custom, heavy-duty boxes.

Long distance blanket-wrap / white glove delivery for standard sized furniture (over 90% of our furniture inventory): $485; $200 each for additional standard sized items

Long distance blanket-wrap / white glove delivery for oversized furniture (large sideboards, credenzas, sofas, large desks etc.): $685; $320 each for additional oversized items

Lamps, Bread Slicers, etc.: Affordable at-cost shipping via UPS or USPS. Calculated at checkout.

Blanket-Wrap / White Glove Delivery Timing:

For various reasons, long-distance deliveries with our blanket-wrap shipper can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks from the time of pickup (average is 2-3 weeks from pickup) depending on the shipper’s route and other logistical factors. However, this is a very safe method of transporting standard and larger-sized pieces and is worth the potential wait.
