Refund policy

We do our best to accurately describe the condition of our offerings and do not generally accept returns. If you feel that any item was not accurately described on our website, we may accept your return and charge a restocking fee. Our standard restocking fee is 20% of the purchase price.

If a customer places an order and requests to cancel the order before shipping or delivery, a 10% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover payment processing fees.
