**ONE CHAIR HAS EXISTING REPAIRS ON THE BACKREST (SEE PHOTOS). IT WILL LOOK A BIT BETTER AFTER OUR RESTORATION PROCESS, AND WE ARE SELLING ALL 6 CHAIRS FOR THE PRICE OF 5 TAKING THE REPAIR INTO ACCOUNT**

This set will be cleaned, oiled, and re-upholstered before delivery. We are typically able to have items ready for delivery within 10-14 days, depending on our current workload.

The listed price includes cleaning and oiling of the wood and re-upholstery.

Customers are welcome to provide a fabric of their choosing, or we can provide a nice quality black vegan leather at no additional charge. We do not stock any other upholstery materials.
